Appointments, Payments, Policies

 Your time is a precious commodity, as is ours.  Once lost, it cannot be regained.  We are a time-dependent, appointment based business. We promise your appointment will be on time and complete.  We value our services highly and take our commitment to them, and you, seriously.  Our relationship is built on trust and communication, and it is our goal that it continues on a professional and sound basis.  Although we are gracious and grateful to facilitate your receiving these services, please do not mistake our kindness for a waiver of policies. We promise at all times to treat you with respect and fairness and appreciate yours in return.  Should you view any of these policies as unreasonable, feel free to contact us to discuss them at any time.  
CANCELLED, RESCHEDULED, OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
  • Cancelled or rescheduled sessions require 24 hours notice 
  • Cancelled or rescheduled seesions with less than 24 hours notice incur an automatic 50% missed session fee
  • Missed sessions, with no notice, incur an automatic 100% missed session fee
  • Please provide notice by phone message or email  
  • Sometimes, we are able to fill your initially reserved appointment time with another client.  If so, you will not be charged for your initially reserved appointment.  
  • If you provide a replacement for your initially reserved appointment, and he/she pays in full, you will not be charged for your initially reserved appointment.  
RESERVATIONS
Advance reservations are required for all sessions. If reserving by phone or email, payment information (credit, debit, gift card, Pay Pal) is required at the time of appointment reservation.  If in person, cash is accepted.
 
PAYMENT AND SESSION PACKAGES
Payment in full is due on or before the day of service.  
SESSION PACKAGES

When purchasing a session package (series of 3 or more sessions), payment options are:
  1. Complete series payment in full at time of purchase
  2. Two Payment Arrangement.  If paying in 2 payments, second payment must be made 30 days after first payment, or on the second session in the series, which ever comes first
 
ARRIVAL 
We invite you to check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services. This will ensure you have time to unwind and complete or update your  profile chart. 
 
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated service, ending at the scheduled ending time.
This is necessary, not only to respect the reservations following yours, but to respect our schedules.  
 
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Though we are of the highest integrity, we do not attend to your personal belongings and ask that you please be mindful of and responsible for them.

"UNPLUGGING" COURTESIES 
The Hidden Gem is a place for natural connection, with oneself, or with friends and family.
We request that you “unplug” during your visit, by turning off all mobile phones and personal computers. This facility is considered a quiet area, so please be mindful of this. 

 
HOURS 
We are open by appointment only Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm and on Saturday and Sunday 8am - 6pm.  Please check the website and/or Facebook page for Seasonal Schedule Changes. 

MINIMUM AGE 
Our treatments are available to anyone in need of a massage. Minors aged 0 - 17 must be 
accompanied by an adult present for the entire session.
